I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was lovely and perfect for nature lovers, with great hiking spots nearby. However, the room I initially received faced a wall instead of the forest view I expected, and getting there with my luggage was a bit of a hassle due to the lack of an elevator. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my stay a little easier. Overall, while there were some nice aspects, there were definitely areas that could use improvement.
